Avondale Construction has been involved in General Contracting since its establishment in 1978. Increasingly large projects often incorporate the adaption, alteration and refurbishment of existing buildings within an overall scheme, for example schools, hospitals and army barracks .

Our Clients often require one point of responsibility to programme, procure and manage the myriad of smaller Trade Contractors required to deliver these projects. Our Clients have confidence in us that these element of their overall project will be delivered and their resources can be focused on the overall completion of their Scheme.

Fixed Price General Builders Packages we can deliver include: 

• Design and Construction of Welfare Establishments
• Strip-out and Waste Removal
• Builders Work including forming doorway, forming holes in connection with services, forming concrete plinths, bunds and upstands and cut and carve packages.
• Principle Contractor for Turn-key Construction Projects (under £1.5 million)
• Facilities Management Contracts, both Hard and Soft FM Services.
