We have carried out a number of projects as Principle Contractor in accordance with the duties outlined under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM).

We are experienced in writing Construction Health & Safety Plans for notifiable projects which identify the full range of health risks arise from a project; manage occupational health risks on site; and oversee our subcontractors’ management arrangements.

Due to our core work force of directly employed labour we have the ability to self-delivery a large proportion of any project ourselves. We also have a select number of Supply Chain partners who are pre-qualified with ourselves and carry out any specialist trades required.
