Avondale have constructed a number of large insitu welfare establishments on major construction developments for blue chip clients. We can produce CAD drawings which plotting out these facilities to scale showing spactial requirements and identifying all rooms including canteen kitchen, servery, mess room complete with canteen tables and chairs, male and female toilets, shower areas, changing rooms and drying rooms, site foremans’ office, induction and security rooms.

All facilities designed by ourselves comply with the HSE’s guide ‘Workplace health, safety and welfare. Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. Approved Code of Practice’. 

These packages are turn-key solutions where we programme, procure and manage all works packages and hand-over the facilities ready for use.
