Construction Logistics Plans (CLP)

Our team will review your project and provide logistical solutions which will assist in the project being delivered so as to minimise construction time and cost, minimise traffic disruption and carbon emissions, protect the environment and the public and provide for the welfare of all involved in the project.

CLPs are now a requirement in London as part of any major development’s Transport Assessment as Transport for London and The Major of London seek to minimise the impact of construction-related freight activity.

Site Waste Management Plans (SWMP)

SWMP have been a legal requirement for a number of years this legislation offered Avondale the opportunity to provide a new service to our Clients assisting them fulfil their legal requirements.

Applying best practice in SWMPs encourages the reduction and effective management of resources and waste to be considered at all stages of a project – from design through to completion.

Swept Path Analysis Drawings

Avondale are able to provide detailed swept path analysis to demonstrate the suitability of the highway design to support your application for planning approval or review whether large delivery vehicles can access a project. We can quickly and cost effectively produce the necessary vehicle tracking drawing often required by Local Authorities or to support our Clients tenders.
