Donna Annetts

Donna joined Avondale in March 2014 as an HSEQ Consultant to initially develop the Integrated Management System to ensure the company meet the requirements of the ISO Standards whilst maintaining quality products for their clients and safe environments for their staff.

Donna is an experienced business management professional, with an unrivalled passion for ensuring complete engagement at all levels.

An accomplished Consultant, Lead Auditor, collaborative engager, author of bespoke training who now devotes a lot of time on active sites looking at the safety and wellbeing of individuals working in or on high-risk environments and activities.

Having moved to the UK in 2006 and as part of her continuous professional development, Rabia completed CIPD Human Resources Qualifications up to Level 05 diploma.

Rabia has worked with Food Partners Group back in 2007 as a Manufacturing Administrator/Staff Planner and with Montana Bakery since 2016 as Payroll and HR Assistant. The role involved complete payroll execution and helped me to enhance my knowledge and competency in UK Employment Law and Legislations. Rabia joined Avondale in January 2022 and quoted

“I am glad to have joined Avondale for the payroll function and really looking forward to work closely with my team and support Avondale in achieving its business objectives”.

 

Mark joined Avondale Construction in 2018 from Campbell Smith & Co where he worked as the operations manager, where he delivered the restoration of the Fishmongers Hall banqueting hall, managed the restoration of the Cutty Sark, Airforce Memorial as well as the St James the Less Church.

Prior to Campbell Smith and Co, Mark worked as a Project Manager for Berkeley Homes (East Thames), in Woolwich and Project Managed a £15m refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed building (Officers’ Quarters) and an adjoining new build modular extension.

Mark had previously spent 23 years in the British Army, as a Royal Engineer, and completed numerous Military and civilian construction projects at home and abroad.

Mark is a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), a Member of the Institute of Royal Engineers (MInstRE) and an Applicant Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (ACIOB).
