One Bank Street is a 27-storey office building currently under construction at the western end of the Canary Wharf Estate. Building within a cofferdam within the South Dock, the building will provide over 700,000ft of high quality office space including three levels of state of the art trading floors, a retail unit at ground level, a freestanding retail kiosk on South Dock Promenade, public realm, planting and landscaping and basement car and cycle parking. There will also be public access to the new promenade along the South Dock as well as a new Quay Club built on a pontoon overlooking the middle dock on Bank Street comprising of restaurants, bars, gym and spa and guest bedrooms.

Avondale Construction Limited Shell & Core works will include Logistics Management and Supervision, Traffic Management incl. Lorry Holding Areas, Delivery Management incl. Online Delivery Booking System, Telescopic Material Handling, Waste Management and Removal, Hoisting Operations, Control of Lifting incl. Slinger/Signallers, Fire Safety incl. Fire Marshalling, Temporary Weatherproofing
Welfare and Hanging Basket Management and 27/7 Security Access Control/CCTV.

 Avondale Construction Limited Fit Out works will include Logistics Management and Supervision, Waste Management and Removal, Fire Safety incl. Fire Marshalling, Loading Bay Management, Storage Co-Ordination, Goods and Passenger Lift Drivers, Carpenter and Handyman Duties and Traffic Management incl. Lorry Holding Areas.
