Our Construction Manager John Kelley took time out this week to deliver our recently rolled out Mental Health Awareness Induction. This is just one of Avondale’s commitments to continue to raise awareness on the topic, and promote positive mental health, both on and off site. As a Mental Health First Aider himself, John is passionate about creating a positive mental culture within the industry and is something we will look to deliver across all of our sites.
