Project Description: 80 Strand is a Grade II listed, existing office building located in the centre of London along the Strand, equidistant from the Embankment and Temple Underground Stations. The building comprises 15 storeys overall and underwent a major refurbishment while remaining partly in use. There were two main contractors on this site (Sir Robert McAlpine and ISG), each with their own construction programmes and work areas.
