Project Description: On this project, we successfully coordinate retail activities with construction works for all shared areas.. Avondale operate the service yard for retailers and restaurants, managing both retail and construction deliveries. Our security team implement stringent measures to control access, preventing unauthorised entry into construction areas by retail staff and the public, while proactively managing general security risks around the building. Our focus on health and safety ensures the segregation of construction works and retail activities, facilitating the safe coordination of retail and construction deliveries through shared spaces. Through effective planning and execution, we minimise logistics issues, ensuring the smooth  and safe progression of construction works.
