Project Description: The former Nestlé factory and UK headquarters in West London, located on Nestles Avenue, south of Hayes & Harlington Train Station and neighbouring the Grand Union Canal, is steeped in history. This site, home to the development of the world’s first instant coffee, has a rich industrial legacy.

Prior to its decommission Avondale was employed to provide a range of hard and soft FM services across the site for Nestlé, ensuring smooth coordination with day-to-day factory activities.

Services Provided:

• Hard FM Services: Renovation of existing buildings including decant services, strip out and refurbishment works.
• Soft FM Services: Manage onsite Facilities Management Team carrying out general ongoing maintenance works.
