Project Description: New workplace concept TwentyTwo, located at 22 Bishopsgate, was a prestigious project in the heart of the City of London. The 62-storey tower was the first of its kind to house a fresh food market, innovation hub, gym, wellbeing retreat and spa, curated ‘art walk’, business club, cycle hub, destination restaurant, as well as the London’s highest free public viewing gallery.

Project Highlights: Avondale were commissioned to design and construct a truly unique and exemplary welfare and office facility for the site workforce. The completed facility included a barber shop, gym, and arcade area. The fit-out included unique features such as custom canteen seating fabricated from recycled cable drums and lego-style dividers within the office space.
