Project Description: Principal Tower is a 50-storey tower on the border of the City of London and Shoreditch. The project was a 161m2 luxury tower providing a total of 273 apartments, offering exceptional views across London together with leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The project also included ground floor retail areas, as well two other buildings of shared ownership and social housing, connected by a single-storey multi-use building.

Project Highlights: During our tenure on the construction site Avondale thwarted several attempts by so called ‘Urban Explorers’ to gain unauthorised access to the upper levels of the high-rise. Avondale’s security services were so well received by the client that we remain employed on the project providing the manned guarding and reception services to the luxury apartments.
