Project Description: Sugar House Island is a large new waterside development south of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and neighboring Pudding Mill Lane station being delivered by Vastint UK. The scheme is set to deliver a 26-acre mixed-use waterside neighborhood with over 3 acres of parks, squares & yards, 58,000m² of new office space, 1,200 new homes, a 2-form entry primary school, and a 350-bedroom hotel.

Project Highlights: In addition to coordinating several Main Contractors operating across the sprawling site, Avondale’s scope included the design, installation, and fit-out of over a hundred cabin units to form an extensive site office and welfare compound for the overall development. These were bespoke fit-outs for the project including all decoration, furniture, mechanical, and electrical installations.
